Norman graduated from The Queen's University of Belfast in 1978 with an Honours Degree in Economics and Accountancy. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982 and he became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1993.
In 1995, Norman was a founding partner of ASM Horwath, having previously been Senior Manager with Coopers & Lybrand. Since 1995, Norman has focused on developing the firm's Dungannon based audit, accounting and advisory services to family owner managed businesses. Stephen, originally from a farming background, is an old boy of Ballymena Academy and Omagh Academy. He graduated from The Queen's University of Belfast in 1982 with an Honours Degree in Business Administration and Accounting. After taking a year out, Stephen completed the Diploma in Accounting at The Queen’s University of Belfast in 1984. He commenced his training contract with Coopers & Lybrand, Belfast in 1984 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987.
In 1995, Stephen was a founding partner of ASM Horwath, having previously been a senior manager with Coopers & Lybrand in Amsterdam, Sydney and Belfast. Michael graduated from The Queen's University of Belfast in 1984 with a first class honours degree in Physics and a PhD in Laser Physics. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in 1991 and was a prize-winner in each of his professional examinations.
Michael developed an extensive range of professional experience within the audit and corporate finance departments of Coopers & Lybrand, Belfast where he was a senior manager.

Nicola graduated from The Queen's University of Belfast in 1986 with an Honours Degree in Accountancy and Economics. Nicola then completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting at The Queen’s University of Belfast.
In 1987, Nicola commenced her training contract with Price Waterhouse, Belfast and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990.

Brian graduated from The Queen’s University of Belfast in 1997 with an Honours Degree in Finance. Brian joined ASM Horwath in July 1997 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001, having been placed in the top ten in Ireland in each of his professional examinations.

Michael, graduated from The Queen’s University of Belfast with a First Class Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1984. Michael trained with Price Waterhouse and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1987 achieving second place in Ireland in his Final Admitting Examination.
Post qualification, Michael spent 3 years in the Melbourne office of Price Waterhouse as a manager in the Corporate Services department where he was responsible for providing advice to a wide range of private and public bodies. Michael joined ASM Horwath in July 2000 having spent 7 years as group finance director in a manufacturing environment where he was responsible for the finance function of a group of 5 companies with a turnover of £18m.

Michael is a qualified management accountant (ACMA) with more than 20 years experience of working within the private sector. Michael has held a number of senior management posts with some of Northern Ireland’s best known companies and he has significant experience of financial and general management, strategy planning and investment.
During his work in the private sector, Michael spent almost ten years in the hotel industry in a senior financial capacity and as the General Manager of Northern Ireland's two largest hotels.
Michael has responsibility for our consultancy services in Belfast. He has led a diverse range of assignments in the public and private sectors, including organisational restructuring, strategic planning, investment appraisal, and project and development initiative reviews. Alan graduated from The Queen’s University of Belfast in 1983 with an Honours Degree in Business and attained first place on the Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting in 1984.
